This jam-packed birthday adventure will delight kids and adults alike with activities, a scavenger hunt in one of our most popular exhibits, and special animal guests. You and your guests will have a private party space for the duration of the event and a dedicated conservation educator to ensure an unforgettable experience!

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a birthday party at the Bronx Zoo. If you have questions, contact the Birthday Party Specialist prior to booking online at bzbirthdayparties@wcs.org.

Submitting this form reserves your birthday party date & time & requires a non-refundable deposit. The Birthday Party Specialist will reach out to you within one week, at which time you will have the option to add on additional participants and catering, for an additional cost. The price listed above is for up to 35 people, including the birthday family.

Conservation integrates knowledge across all STEM fields. As an informal science educator, learn how you can make conservation connections at your institution. Join us to explore this multidisciplinary topic through the lens of global WCS conservation stories. In this workshop, you’ll hear from diverse perspectives on topics such as sustainability, climate change, and genetics, engage in modeled learning activities, and explore how you can support your audience in their own STEM journeys.

Enjoy a wild morning with educational activities, a special animal guest, an exhibit tour, and a chat with an expert zookeeper.

Dino Safari: May 18, 2025
Your morning just got wild with this special before-hours program! Your family will learn about Dinosaurs through fun and engaging activities. After you meet an animal guest up close, our educators will guide you to the Dino Safari exhibit and meet with an expert.

All ages are welcome, but this is recommended for ages 3+. Tickets are per person, and children must be accompanied by an adult.

This program includes walking outside. All paths are wheelchair and stroller accessible.

As a Zoo Explorer, you will explore the many ways the zoo cares for animals in this educational drop off program.

Children's Zoo: May 17, 2025
Have you ever wondered how zookeepers take care of goats, sheep, and chickens at the Bronx Zoo? In this program, you will get an up close animal encounter with a small animal ambassador, help make enrichment for our animals, and explore the skills needed to take care of these farm favorites!

These programs include walking outside. All paths are wheelchair accessible.

This is a drop off program for children ages 8-12 years old.
