You and your guests will have a private party space for the duration of the event and a dedicated conservation educator to ensure an unforgettable experience!

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a birthday party at the Bronx Zoo. If you have questions, contact the Birthday Party Specialist prior to booking online at bzbirthdayparties@wcs.org.

Submitting this form reserves your birthday party date & time & requires a non-refundable deposit. The Birthday Party Specialist will reach out to you within one week, at which time you will have the option to add on additional participants and catering, for an additional cost. Saturday, April 6, 2024: Crocs
Your morning just got wild with this special before-hours program! Your family will learn about crocodiles through fun and engaging activities. After meeting a small ambassador animal up close, our educators will guide you to the Reptile House to watch as the crocodiles enjoy their exhibits and chat with a zookeeper who cares for them. This program includes walking outside. All paths are wheelchair and stroller accessible.

All ages are welcome, but this is recommended for ages 3+. Tickets are per person, and children must be accompanied by an adult.

Looking for a creative and fun class for you and your little one? Explore the different textures covering animals’ bodies in our Wild Wonders program! You and your child will meet an animal up close, enjoy a guided tour of an exhibit, and engage in multiple activities including games, art, and dramatic and sensory play!

This program includes walking outside. All paths are wheelchair and stroller accessible.

Tickets include one adult and one child. One additional adult ticket can be added on at time of purchase.

This all-girls nature experience will excite your curiosity while inspiring independence, confidence, and creativity! During the three-session outdoor series you will explore the natural world using scientific skills and tools. You will observe and study local wildlife along the Bronx River, documenting your findings in nature journals and through the creation of nature art, while learning about female scientists that do similar work. You will receive a nature kit to explore with each session.

This program is completely outdoors and will include walking on uneven surfaces at the Mitsubishi River Walk.

This is a drop off program for children ages 8-12 years old.

Looking for a unique way to celebrate Valentine’s Day? Bring your Valentine to the Zoo and spend the evening sampling sustainably grown chocolate at this exclusive after-hours program. Learn about the importance of insects in the production of chocolate—from cocoa pollination to soil health maintenance—and about the work of WCS with cocoa farmers in South America. You will also get an up-close introduction to ambassador animals from some of the species these projects help protect!

Ticket price is per couple and full admissions is included. 

Join us for an afternoon of conversation with wildlife conservation professionals. You will hear about work Wildlife Conservation Society and others are doing around the world to protect wildlife and engage in discussion groups to learn more.

125 Years of the Bronx Zoo - March 9, 2024
Join us as we celebrate the Bronx Zoo’s 125th anniversary by taking a look back at how the zoo has changed since it opened in 1899. Conservation and zoo professionals will share their valuable insights on how research from around the world has impacted the way zoos house, display, and teach about the animals in our care. Participants will then dive deeper through discussions with each other and the experts. 

This session is in person and full admission is included.

Animal Art - February 19, 2024
Join us for a one-day zoo camp where you will explore how animals make and inspire all kinds of art, and create some art of your own. This day is filled with hands-on activities, scientific investigations, and animal encounters.
 

Gather your Girl Scout or Cub Scout group for a fun-filled day at the Zoo! Groups will have the opportunity to explore the Zoo with general admission tickets, take an educational tour, create an art activity, and complete a scavenger hunt! All Girl Scouts and Cub Scouts will earn a Bronx Zoo patch!
