CPZ Birthday Parties
Celebrate your child's birthday with a unique party experience at the Central Park Zoo!

A non-refundable deposit is required to book. If you have questions, please contact the Birthday Coordinator prior to booking at cpzbirthdayparties@wcs.org.

There's no better place for a birthday party than the Zoo! Each birthday includes: 90 minutes of jam-packed fun, animal guests, a trip around the Zoo, and a dedicated conservation educator to make this an unforgettable birthday for your child.


*The listed price includes up to 20 party guests. For an additional price, you may upgrade to a larger party of up to 30 people or add on an extra 30 minutes of time.

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a birthday party at the Central Park Zoo. If you have questions, contact the Birthday Party Specialist prior to booking online at cpzbirthdayparties@wcs.org.

Submitting this form reserves your birthday party date & time & requires a non-refundable deposit. The Birthday Party Specialist will reach out to you within three business days, at which time you will have the option to add on additional participants or time for an additional cost. The price listed above is for up to 20 people, including the birthday family.

Zoo Peeps 1 Day (ages 2-3 with adult)

Join Zoo Peeps, a program designed just for 2-3 year olds. This active Caregiver & Me program will get you and your toddler moving around the Zoo and seeing animals up close.

This ticket is for one child age 2-3 years and a Caregiver. Additional siblings and adults are not permitted in order to maintain an appropriate and comfortable setting for the participants and caregiver.

Fall: Animals of the Americas - November 11, 2021
In this camp, we'll explore our furry, feathered and scaly friends who call different parts of the Americas home! We'll explore exhibits, talk with keepers and get some exclusive behind-the-scenes views. We'll also play games and meet animals up close.

Winter: Conservation Advocates - January 17, 2022
If your family loves wildlife, this is the camp for you! Through meeting animals and visiting Zoo exhibits, we'll show you how you can become an conservation advocate and use your voice to make change in your community! You'll chat with some of our experts in the field and also meet some of our ambassador animals.

Celebrate moms with a WILD Zoo visit! During this special family themed excursion, we'll visit with some Zoo favorites and deliver some special treats to special ladies at the Zoo.


Endangered Species Day - May 22, 2022
Go on a Zoo adventure with your family. Use clues to solve conservation mysteries within the Zoo and around the globe! Our Educator will lead families as they explore the unique features of some endangered species and what New Yorkers can do to help!

We'll take a close look at a few different scientists who study animals and their habitats. Animal guests, Zoo visits, and hands-on activities are all part of this fun filled day camp!

Who Dun It at the Zoo? - May 2, 2022
Fancy yourself a detective? The Zoo needs your help solving a puzzling mystery! Campers will participate in hands-on activities, scientific investigations, and animal encounters while working out this who-dun-it mystery!

ZooMazing Race Around the Zoo - Sunday, October 17, 2021
Join us for a ZooMazing Race around Central Park Zoo! Scouts work as teams to fulfill STEM challenges that connect to conservation and the environment. They’ll develop leadership skills and confidence as they work together to complete each activity. Scouts earn a Central Park Zoo fun patch for participation. Scouts must be accompanied by an adult - this is not a drop off program.
